Well, we've been home bound lately between the torn ACL and Sam getting RSV. Yeah, no fun at all. Poor little baby, I feel so helpless as he starts his 80 yr old smokers' hack and can't breathe through all the mucous. He received a blessing this morning and has been on the upward swing, but we still have to be really careful with him. As a new mom, it's amazing how confident you feel until there's a bump in the road.
I just want to give a shout out to Nicole for turning me on to the NoseFrida that has saved me hours of struggle with those stupid nasal bulbs trying to clean out my baby's nose. If you have a child under the age of being able to blow their own nose, this is a must! Yeah, I threw up a little in my mouth when I saw it used for the first time, but it has been heaven sent!

Oh Jill--I'm so sorry! Crudy way to have to start off the new year...
Never gone thru the RSV thing, but I can imagine. Poor Sam. I got hit yesterday with head cold/body aches, which is just lovely. Hopefully it doesn't transfer to the kiddos.
Glad the ol' frida is working well. I'm a super fan and am so glad Emily introduced it to me.
Shoot! RSV is HORRIBLE and scary! Little Annie caught it last February when she was only 7 weeks old. She had to spend I think 5 days in the hospital. Did Sam have to be hospitalized? I was so upset about it mostly because I kept her in so much and thought I was so careful, It just happens! Good luck with your recoveries!

i hope that he gets feeling better! that is so sad... i have been overly cautious about merrick getting sick, jordan had a hack that turned into pneumonia right when we got home from the hospital with merrick...
